My store policy is to mail your fabric quickly, within 1 to 2 days. (6 TO 48 HOURS)! MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
____________I do NOT mail on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays_________I will package your order on these days so that they are ready for mailing on my mailing days.
&&&&&&&&& NOTE: Once your package is at the post office it is in the hands of the post office and I have no control of how quickly they work to get your order to you.
If you do not get your order in a timely fashion. I do have the ability to try and locate it.

They will help find your package! Or, you can take your tracking number to the post office and ask for help.
If they can not help you. Be a squeaky wheel and demand to talk to the Post Master!

FOR ALL ITEMS IN MY SHOP:
If the post office loses your order. I WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR ORDER. The post office is the place to complain. As I indicated above, once your order is in the hands of the post office they are responsible for getting your order to you.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations: As long as I haven't already printed the mailing label. Orders can be cancelled.
